Faswilla Sampson has more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, program development, recruitment, and strategic planning. As the Chief Operating Officer of the Personalized Medicine Coalition (PMC), Sampson optimizes PMC’s systems, processes, and personnel to accomplish the organization’s objectives. She also oversees strategic planning and evaluates results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.
Prior to joining PMC, Sampson worked for the American Academy of Nursing’s Building Academic Geriatric Nursing Capacity program, a John A. Hartford Foundation-funded initiative focused on advancing geriatric nursing research, education, and practice. Sampson holds a B.A. from Mary Washington University and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University.
